What extra precautions are The Little White Lamb Co taking?
Coronavirus is not considered a food safety issue by the Food Standards Agency or the EFSA (European Food Standards Authority).
Our main focus is on limiting the risk of spreading the virus through human contact. Your driver will leave your order in a safe place and will only knock on the door if specified in your delivery instructions – and in this case, they will stay the recommended two metres away from you. Please help us by leaving recycling where we can pick it up without human contact.
We already maintain very high standards of hygiene –but have briefed our teams to go above and beyond, as an extra precaution.
When will products be back in stock?
Most products should now be in stock throughout the week. However, some items may occasionally sell out – if the item says ‘Sold Out’, please keep checking back as we are continually updating availability.
Is my order secure?
If you have set up an order, then your order is secure and will be delivered.
As always, we will let you know if there are any last minute shortfalls and your order is missing items for any reason.
Coming to our shop? We look forward to welcoming you, however please be aware that we are only accepting 2 people at a time and you must wear a mask unless exempt on medical grounds.
We have lots of signage to make it easy for you prompting you to social distance at 2 metres where able, to sanitise your hands upon entry and take a basket. We would kindly ask you to refrain from self service with freezer and deli items and we are on hand to assist.
We also have a QR code for the governments Track and Trace if customers have the app on their smartphones.
We are accepting card and cash payment but where possible would prefer contactless payments.
Rest assured we are taking your safety seriously, and deep clean twice a day and intermittently every 30 minutes. If you require our assistance we will also be wearing PPE shields.
In the event of another lockdown, we will remain open but only for food and drink items.
